• Free shipping includes door-to-door shipping, not just to your local terminal
• Standby generators 25kW and larger are free shipping only to local terminal, or business with dock (due to size restrictions).
• 2-5 business days to process & ship any in stock item.
• 2-5 business days shipping time, for continental US deliveries.
• Items not in stock ship within 2-4 weeks. Estimated ship date will be posted in your account status
• Full tracking information will be emailed to you once order has shipped
• Signature is required at delivery for all orders
• Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, or PR customers.

 

Damaged Shipment Policy

• All products are shipped 100% insured.
• You will not be responsible for any fees on products that are damaged during shipping.
• If there is any visible damage from the outside of the box, PLEASE INDICATE SO WHEN SIGNING for the package
• DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT. Putting gas into any product, or starting it will void shipping insurance.
• Do NOT DISCARD BOX. Our shipping company requires original box, with original packing material. Throwing away, or cutting up the box will void shipping insurance
• All damaged products are subject to a thorough inspection by both us and shipping company.
• Damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, no exceptions
• To report a damaged shipment, please send an email toinfo2@GeneratorDepot.us. Be sure to include your order number. Sending digital pictures of the damages will assist us in processing your damage claim quicker. Please allow 2-5 business days to claim processing.

 

Cancellation Policy

Before It Ships
We understand that things change. You're welcome to cancel your order at anytime BEFORE IT SHIPS without penalty. Cancellation notice must be received at least 24hours before it ships.

After It Ships
We're also happy to pay for your shipping if you purchase a generator from us. However, if you cancel your order AFTER IT SHIPS (or less than 24hours before it ships), we won't be so generous. After all, you asked us to ship it, and we did.

If you want to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be charged a cancellation fee to cover our "to" and "from" shipping costs.

The fee varies depending which products are ordered:

All Pumps, and Generators up to 3500w: $100.00
Generators 5000w and up: $250.00

Standby generators $350
Accessories:     $15

Please allow us 24 hours to determine its status with the manufacturers before canceling. Our web site tracking system is not realtime and, in some cases, may not accurately reflect your shipping status.
