Our shipping is always free, anywhere in the continental USA. This is door-to-door. You may choose to add lift-gate delivery, or upgrade shipping service, both of which cost extra. However, standard shipping remains free. NOTE: Standby generators 25kW and up are still free shipping, but only to the local terminal or business with a dock. This is only because of size / weight restrictions.

Lift-Gate Delivery is an optional shipping service that you may request. It is $35USD per order. We recommend requesting LiftGate for orders of 5000w or larger units. LiftGate is a hydraulic lift on the back of the delivery truck, for your unloading convenience. Due to the weight of these units, they cannot be shipped via Fedex / UPS Ground. Instead, they are shipped via semi-trucks, which are designed to unload products at loading docks and freight terminals. If you have a loading dock or forklift, you do not need lift-gate service. If you are a residential customer, you must have at least 2-4 able-bodied people present to unload the unit. While some truck drivers are kind enough to help, they are not required to help you lift the products. If you do not have the equipment or manpower, you can order a special truck equipped with a hydraulic lift to safely lower the product from the truck to the ground.

We promise to shop out your orders within 24 hours. It usually takes another 2-5 business days for delivery. Your can track your order using the tracking number we provide. Back-ordered items take 2-3 weeks to ship. Expedited shipping options are limited to 3500watt generators or smaller. Most generators have a pull-rope (similar to a lawn mower) to start it. Those with electric start also have a convenient button that will start the generator for you, similar to a car’s keyswitch.

All our generators are equipped with state-of-the-art super quiet mufflers, with spark arrestors specifically designed to reduce noise. Decibel rating vary from 60db to 80db, depending on models.

Yes, our generators come equipped with Automatic Voltage Regulator, and have a THD rating of 5. Note however, that certain high-end devices do require invertors for additional protection. If you require a “digital” or inverter generator, please make sure your model has that feature.

Yes. However, we recommend 5000w or higher units for home usage. A separate adapter or switch must be purchased, and is available at most hardware stores. Most installations require licensed electricians.
